Returns & Exchanges

When purchasing any of our clothing and accessories please shop carefully and be so kind to ask questions prior to purchasing. 

We take care to photograph and measure all products being sold on this website so you can be happy with your buys and returns are not needed. Please mind that any returns involve extra costs and work for the both of us + we prefer to avoid returns for sustainability reasons.  

 How to return an item(s) from my order for a refund?

You can return the item(s) to the address stated on the return form. (Download here). Please fill in the form and include this in your package. We are not able to process returns without the proper information.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and correct packaging for them to be accepted. The item has to be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed. The tags and/or textile labels should still be attached and intact on the item and in the same condition as delivered to you.

You cannot return an item that was measure-made, customised or altered at your personal request.

If any of these requirements are not met, we will not be able to refund your money.

To ship your return parcel to us, select a carrier at your local post office and use the address as mentioned on the return form.

How long do I have to make a return? 
You can make a return within the next 14 calendar days since receipt of your order.

Who covers the return cost? 
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). In case of defective or incorrect item, please contact us.

When will I receive the refund? 
As soon as we receive your returned package and proces it, we’ll issue a refund to the same bank account you used to make the purchase. The refund can take up to 14 working days depending on your bank. 

What if my return package gets lost in transit?

Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reaches us, so make sure they're packaged properly and can't get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, make sure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

How can I make an exchange?

At the moment, we do not support immediate exchanges, but if you wish to make an exchange, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you out.
